Preparing for another days' training. Today is leg day. My plan of action is in hand. The exercises I will be doing, sets/reps, and rest time (of which there will be very little tonight). Leg day always comes with a tiny wee bit of apprehension. It's the anticipation of the burn. But after all is said, the work is done and you see change gradually happening before your eyes, you welcome the pain. Off I go...building a better version of me.

Love those words! I have never regretted a workout. I have regretting missing one,but never showing up for one good, bad or so-so.
